## Tokenomics

Total Supply and Token Allocation

**Total Supply:** The total number of $PALM tokens is 100 million, **circulating supply is 77.5** million due to the burned percentage (22.5 %)

**Liquidity:** 75% (75 million) of the total supply is provided for trading to make sure that people can always buy and sell $PALM easily.

**Reserved Tokens**: 5% (5 million) of the total supply is kept aside for future opportunities, like being listed on centralized exchanges (CEXs) to reach more people.

**Burnt Tokens**: 22.5%, of which 20% (20 million) of the total supply was burned at launch and the additional 2.5% (2 500 000) have been burned since.

**Total Tax**

There is a **3% Tax** on buying and selling $PALM tokens, the distribution of the tax to developmental effort is as follows:

**Development Tax: 1%** (a third) goes towards funding the ongoing development of the AI chatbot on Telegram, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective.

**Marketing Tax: 1%** is used to promote $PALM and increase its visibility and adoption.

**Staking Tax: 1%** is directed towards ensuring there's always enough $PALM available for trading.
